"Tell me how it feel's to have the fresh air in your face, flesh water in you mouth and a warm hug, that's one necessity and a human right" Like Motivation it's a human right. We all have been motivated at some time or another. Some people feel motivated to play sport, some people feel motivated to cook dinner, some people feel motivated to do wherever it takes to get were they want to go. But it's not that complicated, I would say, and some people would say, that it's not that easy either!
What is motivation?
What do you really want in your life? Think about it. We can make a massive list, or a small list, really it will not matter because everybody wants the same thing in the underlining structure of the phrases that we use to ask for what we want.
What is what we want the most?
It's our human need to be loved, accepted, respected, to feel significance, to feel important and make a difference?, of course you could say that there is much more to it that that!!, We could say that it's really important to be our ideal weight, ideal size or body shape, to have good health, have a nice house, a car, a big screen TV, money, a business, have faith, a good job, a holidays, children, family and friends.
But what would you like all of these things for? Think for a moment -
is that to feel loved, accepted, respected, significant or challenged?

Staying Motivated With a Simple Technique - A Remarkable Psychological Phenomenon
If you have been having problems completing your goals, or just generally achieving to be the person you want to be, there is a good psychological reason why. The good news is there is a simple exercise you can do that will start gravitating your behavior in line with those goals. The "bad" news is --well it's not that bad-- you have to do it. Don't worry, it is very simple and it will not take long.
This exercise has to do with taking control of your subconscious mind, more specifically your self-image.
If you do not want to do this, then someone else will gladly do it for you. And we are talking about someone that often does not have your best interest in mind, i.e. advertisers, the government, etc. A bit of "no brainer" advice? It is best if YOU do it. What is your self-image anyway? Get ready to meet him/her because here it is. Visualize yourself eating your last meal. Really try and focus in on how you are sitting (or standing) at the table, what you are eating, what you look like in general, etc.
Do you see yourself? If you do, you are seeing yourself as a second "you." It is like you have stepped outside of your body and looked at yourself from another person's point of view. Now THAT is your subconscious image of yourself. And this image has remarkable implications on your future!
In reality, you cannot literally see yourself from the "outside looking in." In reality what you actually see when you eat is your food, your plate, your table, etc. but not yourself actually eating. So how you see yourself from the subconscious level has everything to do with the behaviors you engage in from this day forward whether you know it or not.
Were you overweight and shoving junk food in your mouth? If you were, then this is your self-image right now and you will continue to be that "you" until you change your subconscious self-image. For most of us, we never see our subconscious image and that is like sending off a rocket without a target destination. Know how you want to look like and be like and you will arrive at that destination.
So what exercise do you have to do to start becoming the person you want to become? Well, like I said it's simple and many of us just do not take the time to do it. What a mistake. All you have to do is feed your subconscious mind the image you want to be.
Do you want to be confident and influential when talking to people? Then see yourself as that person. Do you want to have a nice body? Then see yourself with that body. Remember how you stepped outside of yourself in the experience above and felt like you were looking AT yourself? That is what I mean by "see yourself."
Have a clear cut vision of what it is that you are trying to accomplish. This is why you hear everyone say to write down your plan or goals frequently.
Write down what you will do today, next week or even next month to get that new you. The whole point is to keep reminding yourself, or should I say keep feeding your subconscious mind, the vision of your new you. This exercise is called "visionary thinking." If you do not know how to accomplish your goal, I'm sure there are many that have succeeded before you. Read their books, watch their videos, listen to their audio, or just search the Internet. The answers are all around you if you know what you are looking for.
Don't like writing your goals (vision) down every time? No problem. Put it in audio format and play it while you are driving or before bedtime or whenever you can slip your head phones on. Just keep feeding your subconscious ...or someone else will. Remember, this is an exercise so like I said, you must do it OFTEN. If you need numbers, do it at least 2-3 times a week, or you will lose that vision of your subconscious image.
This is a VERY important rule for feeding the subconscious. Many people break this important rule and wonder why they are not becoming who they want to be. Repetition is the only way to feed your subconscious because you cannot force it in when YOU say it should sink in. It just has to happen like how sleep just happens. Ever try to force yourself to sleep right NOW? It won't happen. In fact, it gets harder when you try and force sleep.
So, even if your attention is else where but you keep hearing or writing these goals over and over, even passive repetition via audio, it is getting in your subconscious whether you know it or not. Give your subconscious a crystal clear self-image so it knows where to take you. This is the "endurance motivation" that so many people lack. But now YOU know.
